RI's richest person, Dato Sri Tahir who is also the founder of the Mayapada Group, gave a donation of IDR 52 billion to help deal with the corona virus (Covid-19) outbreak.
The Donate Info is divided into several regions. DKI Jakarta is Rp 22 billion, West Java around Rp 10 billion, Central Java Rp 10 billion, and East Java Rp 10 billion.
It was stated that the assistance provided was not entirely in cash. However, it is diverse. 70 percent of the total donations are in the form of cash or shopping vouchers, some are in the form of medical devices such as masks, infrared thermometers and hand sanitizers.
